With over 30 years of experience in clinical and fundamental research in the pharmaceutical industry, she has provided strong and reliable leadership as well as expert guidance in clinical research and regulatory affairs.<\/p>\n

Clinres farmacija\u2019s widely sought-after services were followed by inevitable growth in a number of clinical trials in the region of Southeastern Europe. In order to fully address all client requirements, the Clinical Research Department was moved in 2004 to new offices in Zagreb, Croatia by the active Director of Clinical Research, Romana Kajfe\u017e PhD \u2013 the founder\u2019s daughter. Today, Romana Kajfe\u017e acts as the CEO in Zagreb and, with a background in the pharmaceutical industry spanning both science and marketing, provides strong leadership and valuable expertise for the growth of the company.<\/p>\n

Under CEO Romana Kajfe\u017e\u2019s leadership, sustained growth has led to regional expansion, with the first branch office opening in Belgrade, Serbia in 2007, followed by representative offices in Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and Skopje, North Macedonia in 2008.<\/p>\n

Romana\u2019s sister, Tanja Kajfe\u017e, PhD acts as the Regulatory and Scientific Affairs Manager (DRA and PV) and successfully manages regulatory affairs and business development of the company.<\/p>\n

Collectively, the Kajfe\u017e family has already made a substantial contribution to pharmaceutical activities in the region, with Franjo Kajfe\u017e \u2013 Romana and Tanja\u2019s father \u2013 being the author of numerous patents for the rationalization of benzodiazepine synthesis.<\/p>\n
