Ana Ivanovska, M.Sc.Pharm, graduated from the Faculty of Pharmacy at the University of Ljubljana in 2004. In 2015, she obtained postgraduate diploma of pharmacovigilance at the University of Hertfordshire, Hatfield, UK.

She joined Clinres Farmacija, Slovenia in 2018. She started in the company as the person responsible for pharmacovigilance and later as the head of the pharmacovigilance department. In 2021, she was appointed as a director of Clinres Pharmacy, Slovenia.

As addition to the company leadership and management, Ana is also involved in the management of various pharmacovigilance activities and works closely with the relevant EU Competent Authorities. For more than fourteen years, she has been responsible for the operational management of pharmacovigilance projects for a number of pharmaceutical companies from large, medium to small.

She started her career at the international company Alkaloid-INT working in various fields of human medicines, first as the person responsible for quality assurance and regulatory affairs officer and later as the person responsible for pharmacovigilance of human medicinal products and medical devices. In 2008, she was appointed as EU QPPV and EU Head of Regulatory affairs and Pharmacovigilance at Alkaloid-INT.

Over the years, she has gained extensive experience in the regulatory affairs and pharmacovigilance of human medicinal products and medical devices on the market and in clinical trials, pre- and post-marketing case processing, aggregate reports writing, preparation of safety data exchange agreements, risk management plans, standard operating procedures, preparation and maintenance of the pharmacovigilance system master and management of pharmacovigilance audits.
